<\/a><\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>EL REY DEL COMPAS is a festival of Argentine tango, organised by a collective of DJs but it is above all the nickname of Juan D’ARIENZO, the king of rhythm.<\/p>\n
This Argentinian conductor gave tango an incisive style that ushered in the golden age of dancing and balls in the 1940s.<\/p>\n
The event is celebrating its 5th year… and for this edition too, EL TRECE TANGO CLUB reiterates the ephemeral art gallery in the alcoves.<\/p>\n
The two resident artists are there,
\nthe painter Olivia MAUREY-BARISSON
\nand the visual artist Azul LOEVE.
\nThey will hang their works in the whole church of the Preaching Brothers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>For this fifth anniversary, Azul LOEVE pays homage to Juan D'ARIENZO with an incursion into portraiture.<\/p>\n
The exhibition D\u00c9PIST\u00c9 includes new works in larger formats and many cyanographies dedicated to tango.<\/p>\n
